New Video: HEALTHCARE
Currently, the Veritas Foundation sponsors healthcare for 45 children at the Paul School for the Blind and 22 adults who support our ministry efforts in Sierra Leone. We have partnered with GiLa Hospital, so that whenever one of these children or adults is sick or injured, they never need to worry about the cost of care.
We praise the Lord for the resources and opportunity to care for so many!

Healthcare Miracles
You all helped us purchase an ultrasound device to give Dr. Thomas Bundor, former doctor at GiLa Hospital and current doctor at King Harman Road Hospital. On the very first day Dr. Bundor used the device, a woman came in with severe abdominal pain. Dr. Bundor was able to diagnose her with the ultrasound device as having an ectopic pregnancy. He immediately took her in to surgery and saved her life!

Last year, the Veritas Foundation covered an emergency appendectomy for Veritas Community Church’s pastor (Peter Moiba). Pastor Peter had not realized how life-threatening his pain was, and it took much effort to convince him to go to the hospital. He was immensely grateful to you, our donors, for covering the cost of his surgery, medication, and week-long stay in the hospital: only $180 American dollars!
